Feastward

Both app stores require a working support URL. This is that page — and it is also the fastest way to reach a person.

Email hello@feastward.org. A real human reads it. Expect a reply within a couple of days.

Found a mistake in the scripture text or a lesson?

Please tell us. This is the most useful email we get.

Every quoted verse is checked character by character against its public-domain source before it can ship, and no unit is marked released until a named reviewer has read it and signed it off. Two gates, and things still get through — and the second gate has not run on anything yet, because the doctrinal review is still under way. That makes your email more useful, not less.

Include the lesson name and what you saw. If a lesson and the scriptures disagree, the scriptures are right and we will fix it.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Feastward opens straight to a lesson. An account exists so your progress follows you to another device and so friends and circles work — nothing about the study itself is behind it.

I lost my streak and I think it's wrong.

Email us with roughly when it happened. Streaks roll over at midnight in the time zone set on your profile, which is the usual culprit — if you travelled, or set it up in a different time zone, the day may have ended earlier than you expected.

You also get one free rest day a week that never breaks a streak.

How do I turn off leaderboards?

They are off unless you turned them on. If you did, the same setting turns them off again, and you disappear from the standings.

Is my reflection writing private?

Yes, completely. Reflections are stored on your device and are never uploaded to us. There is no table for them in our database. We cannot read them, and neither can anyone else.

They are also never scored — no right answer, no points. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

See delete your account. It covers exactly what is removed.

Can I get my data?

Yes. Email hello@feastward.org from the address on your account and ask for an export.

Is Feastward an official Church app?

No. Feastward is independent — see the note at the bottom of every page. It is a study aid, not official Church material, not an official curriculum, and not a substitute for the scriptures or for your own local leaders.

Which scripture text does Feastward use?

Public-domain editions of the King James Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. Feastward does not include current-edition chapter summaries, footnotes, the Topical Guide, the Bible Dictionary, or the Guide to the Scriptures — those are still under copyright and are not ours to use.

Accessibility

Feastward is built for full screen-reader use and honours your system text size. If something is unusable with VoiceOver or TalkBack, or at a large text size, that is a bug — email us and describe what you hit. We would rather hear it than not.
